• Make sure that you are following the café’s main account (@KookieAvenue) before placing an order. Failure to do so will leave your orders unattended.
• Send your order forms to the cafe's Google Forms. Incomplete order forms without a username will be disregarded so kindly double check before submitting. You may always send us a message to follow up your order.
• Be patient. Give our staffs atleast 15-50 minutes to prepare your order.
• Bulk orders are allowed. However, kindly submit your forms two (2) - three (3) at a time.
• For scheduled orders, kindly send your form at least 2 hours before your desired time to avoid conflicts. If not followed, then we cannot guarantee that your order will be sent on time.
• The café will not be entertaining orders containing confessions to someone who is already taken.
• The café also does not accept dedication orders for minor faceclaims with songs that contain sexual or mature themes.
• If you wish to send something that is not on the menu, you are allowed as long as you will provide the picture of your chosen item. Kindly send it to the cafe's main account. (@KookieAvenue)
